Met gala after party | serving Neat to the stars

Serving our plant powered menu to celebs at the Met Gala After Party.

The 2024 Met Gala, held at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, celebrated the theme Sleeping Beauty: Reawakening Fashion. As the night progressed, the party continued (late into the night!) at the elegant Casa Cipriani for 'The After', hosted by Richie Akiva, where we proudly took centre stage, showcasing our plant powered menu to an audience of epic fashion and entertainment A-listers. We were pretty chuffed to be chosen to the fuel the star-studded guestlist.

The NYC team sizzled, served and danced until the early hours of the morning, making sure no guest left hungry when the event came to a close at 5am. A night to remember, for sure.

The best vegan food in NYC - served to the stars! ✨

Neat's menu is a wide selection of plant based treats, from burgers, sandwiches, salads and sides, but it was our burgers that took the spotlight - of course! Guests enjoyed our iconic, longest standing-menu item which, we reckon, is the best vegan burger in New York. The menu also included portions of our skin-on fries and chick'n wings.

  • Cheeseburger: A plant-based take on the classic cheeseburger, featuring two Neat patties, pickles, onions, mustard, ketchup and the meltiest, creamy plant based cheese, courtesy of Stockeld Dreamery.
  • TiNDLE Chick’n Wings: Crispy, savoury and perfectly seasoned, these plant-based chicken alternatives were a crowd fave.

Which celebs attended at the Met Gala after party?

The after party attracted numerous high-profile celebrities, including Doja Cat, Sam Smith, Cardi B, Usher, Leonardo DiCaprio, SZA, Lil Nas X, and Serena Williams. Both Lewis Hamilton and New York Mayor Eric Adams, prominent advocates for plant-based diets, were among the notable guests who enjoyed Neat Burger’s offerings (vegconomist) (Green Queen).

Another year down!

This was our second year serving up our plant powered menu to the Met Gala party people - it's safe to say that Neat Burger successfully fuelled the guests that were dancing the night away until the early hours of the morning. We're proud to have also demonstrated that sustainable dining can be, not just delicious, but seriously glamorous as well!
